Upon arrival, the room with a panoramic view of Kandy's surroundings wasn't ready, but the balcony offered a great perspective of the hillocks and local livelihood. I appreciated the feature of the electric button for room service requests.
The hotel offers large, clean rooms overlooking the stupa in Kandy. The service had some issues, but the location and dining experience were highlights of the stay.
I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a wonderful place with a few drawbacks. The rooms were tastefully designed and comfortable, but some had no windows and had a slight smell. The service was excellent overall, although there were language barriers at Tamarind Restaurant. The location offered a stunning view of Kandy and its surroundings, making it easy to explore the area, but the overall upkeep was lacking. The dining experience was enjoyable with good food, especially in Tamarind Restaurant. The facilities were decent but could use some improvements in certain areas.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a terrace and a huge bathroom, very clean, and provided excellent service. They were so comfortable, which I truly appreciated. The service was outstanding, making this place more than just a 3-star hotel in my opinion. The location was perfect for sightseeing in Kandy, offering a great convenience for tourists. The dining experience had a good amount of choice, but I felt the service could have been more organized. Overall, a great place to stay with fantastic service and amenities.
